Had a sweet as stay! Room was clean and comfy, but the shared bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was top-notch, definitely worth waking up for. Chur to the owners!

Location isn't convenient for traveling to Hartlepool, requiring a detour through Middlesbrough. The floorboards are disturbingly creaky, causing noise complaints from neighbors, and the shared bathroom felt cramped. Early morning disruptions from kitchen noise below the room and loud sink noises made sleeping in a challenge.

The breakfast was absolutely top-notch! ! They had this huge range to choose from, and everything was cooked just how we liked it. My kid loved it, nothing was too much trouble for the staff! Plus, the room was clean, very spacious, and we even had access to Netflix for some evening entertainment.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it’s acceptable.

We had a lovely time at this guesthouse! The location right by the beach was perfect for family walks, and the rooms were impressively clean. With no noise disturbances, both my colleagues and I enjoyed restful nights. Free parking made everything so convenient too.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities nearby.

Hosts Lloyd and Sharon were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable, with added touches like tea, coffee, and fresh milk. It's simply the best spot near the beach!

only thing i noticed was a slight smell of old smoke, but whatever. everything else was spotlessly clean, and the choice of snacks was a nice touch! owners are super friendly and the shower was great!

the room was super clean and had all the little extras like bathrobes and fresh milk for tea. breakfast was amazin, with tons of options and really good service. the owners are friendly and made us feel right at home, which was nice. we loved how comfy the beds were too, defo gonna stay again! also, it was great to have a fan in the room for the warm weather.

The room was perfectly sized with a foldaway desk, making work easy. Friendly staff felt like old friends. The location is ideal for strolling to the beach or exploring shops nearby.
